Shipping times vary depending on the volume Demanet is experiencing. Typical delivery time is currently 12-14 weeks from the time you place your order. You can rush your order and jump to the front of the manufacturing process for an additional $125.00. This will bring your order time down to our estimated time frame listed on the checkout page shipping update pop-up.

All delivery times noted on the website or in email communications are estimates, not guarantees. If you order a rush order your order is expedited in the production queue and prioritized, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time frame. We do our best to adhere to the estimated time frames but it is not always possible.

All Alaska & Hawaii shipments will incur a $75 shipping surcharge.
International orders to certain countries will be charged a flat rate for shipping depending on the country being shipped to.

The recipient of the suit is liable for any custom’s processing charges, duties or fees charged by DHL or other shipping company. There will likely be customs or VAT charges, because all suits are shipped internationally, billed by the shipping company to the package recipient. The recipient is responsible for these 3rd party charges. The Customs rate is a percentage. This percentage is determined by the total purchased value of the article(s) paid at a foreign country and not based on factors such as quality, size, or weight. The charges are on average $75/suit ordered, but this is a variable charge that is subject to change at any time. Neither or Demanet Bite Suits LLC is responsible for any taxes or fees that may be incurred from 3rd parties, including but not limited to customs fees, duty fees, state, federal or local city taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the package recipient and/or purchaser.

Demanet does not offer perfect embroidery and cannot duplicate logos and designs exactly. All of the work they do is done by hand. However, they do a great job of matching designs very closely, but we cannot guarantee exact copies of company logos or text. If you have a patch you would like sewn on your bite suit, please mail it to our address and we will ensure it is sewn on your bite suit. The design of the suit is not warrantied whether it is custom or not.
